Shipping Terms

As we are a small team managing all the orders, making products, and the physical shop, please be patient as we ship your order. We often ship orders when the shop is open (Tuesday - Saturday). Orders are most often shipped within 1-3 business days. We appreciate your patience. 

We ship all our orders with An Post registered and tracked. We do our best to send a tracking number to every customer after their order is shipped. 

Please note that if your country of residence is not Ireland, shipping you goods may take longer than expected.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders are shipped registered and tracked. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure whether such charges may apply.

Customs Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Correct Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returned items resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an international order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, import taxes, or failure to collect the shipment:

  • A refund will be issued for the product(s) only

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Any return shipping or handling fees charged to us may also be deducted from the refund where applicable

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your international order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any relevant supporting information. We will assist in working with the carrier where possible.

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to these international shipping terms.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have a satisfaction guarantee, so please contact us at info@namawe.ie if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

To be eligible for a return you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@namawe.ie. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make note that colour, size, shape may vary as the products are handmade in small batches. Please also note that tallow balms may separate with dramatic changes in temperature, though this is rare it is not a valid reason for a return. Please contact us if you have any trouble, nonetheless. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
