What is the purpose of NAMAWE?

I get some people who still do not understand why I don't make Olive Oil Soap or why I am not a vegan based brand.

What for me is an option to choose from, some others are drawn to believe it is the only way. And I respect that, and the programming that is behind all that thought.

If I was doing the same as others, following fashion instead of passion, would I make a difference on my clients' skin ailments or dryness? 

The reason why we are able to be in a local store in the center of Westport is exactly because we do something different. We work to use what it could be going to Landfill. What it was sacred in the Old Days. For me, that has way more value locally than a foreign oil.

I do not imagine Ireland growing Olive Trees or Coconut Trees anytime soon, and when that happens, we will be more concerned about the weather than growing what is suitable here. 

Let's face it, we live in an island. A very abundant island in which people were able to have their life sorted with what grows here. That, I believe, make us more independent and empowered.

So this is the end of my answer:

Namawe brings a different option for those who are sick of the same. Namawe comes to create a new tendency that is Heritage and brought from American homesteaders. In our case, we like to support small farmers, producers and forage wild plants that were also forgotten.
