🌿 Part-Time Team Member – NAMAWE Skincare

Are you passionate about natural skincare and customer care? We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented person to join our small team in a part-time role. You’ll help with everything from crafting beautiful tallow-based skincare products to supporting customers in-store and packing online orders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• 🧴 Product Making

  • Assist in preparing and batching tallow balms, soaps, lotions, and other skincare products following recipes and hygiene standards.

  • Label and package products with care and attention to detail.

• 🛍️ Customer Support & Sales

  • Welcome and assist customers in the shop with genuine care.

  • Offer guidance to help customers choose the right product for their skin type or need.

  • Handle the till, process sales, and keep the front area clean and inviting.

• 📦 Order Packing & Fulfillment

  • Pack and ship online orders accurately and promptly.

  • Ensure all parcels are packed sustainably, securely, and beautifully.

• 🧼 Cleaning & Upkeep

  • Maintain cleanliness of production, retail, and storage areas.

  • Follow proper hygiene procedures for skincare production and shop safety.

• 🤝 General Support

  • Be flexible and supportive across tasks depending on the day’s needs.

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team.
